Yes, it absolutely is my position that it's purely moral. There is no fact of the matter that can prove or disprove those positions - at root, we're talking about social categories, and they are malleable.

Of course there are people who take the position that trans women aren't women; I simply regard that as a moral failing, no different to other forms of bigotry.
