Transition is known to have material effects. Failure to take proper account of that before instituting a wave of bans (changing the status quo) exemplifies deeply harmful prejudice.

Yesterday it was sport, today it’s bathroom bans and health care bans, tomorrow they’re aiming at children being seized and god only knows what else.

We’re seeing an ongoing wave of deliberate gleeful damage to our lives in which evidence or lack of it is largely immaterial - that’s the context.
